You can sign up for Macy's WORRYNOMORE® Watch Protection Program within 30 days of purchase.

To sign up before your order is delivered, call Customer Service at 800-289-6229

To sign up after your order is delivered, visit the jewelry or watch counter at any Macy's store with your dated online receipt and your new watch purchase.

The WORRYNOMORE® protection plan term is for three (3) years from the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty and provides the following coverage

• Free battery replacement for the life of the watch
• Free parts and labor costs to repair the inner workings of the watch as a result of normal watch use
• Replacement with a new, identical watch if the watch fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, as described in the manufacturer’s warranty. If an identical watch is not available, it will be replaced with a similar watch of equal value

This WORRYNOMORE® protection plan does not cover:

• Loss of watch due to:
  • Theft
  • Vandalism
  • Robbery
  • Burglary
  • Fire
  • Flood
  • Other acts of God
  • The item when it is not in the purchaser's possession
• Damage due to willful abuse or misuse
• Rust or damage from water
• Cosmetic damage
• Watches sold in department 761
• The following parts:
  • The band
  • The bracelet
  • The strap
  • The case
  • The stem
  • The crystal
  • The crown

When your watch needs to be serviced, please bring the purchased watch along with the WORRYNOMORE® protection plan receipt to any Macy's store. The document is your proof of purchase.

The purchaser may cancel the WORRYNOMORE® protection plan at any time during the term. A full refund or credit of the WORRYNOMORE protection plan cost will be given if the cancellation is made within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase.

If the WORRYNOMORE® protection plan is canceled after thirty (30) days, Macy's will refund or credit a prorated portion of the cost of the plan, based on the time remaining in the term and minus the cost of any service received.

This WORRYNOMORE® protection plan is not transferable or renewable.
