This precious ingredient was identified through an advanced screening of Lancôme's exclusive terroir at the depths of the Plateau Valensole. This ingredient is extracted in the total darkness in an optimal environment to maintain its integrity before it is formulated into this highly sensorial formula. This extraction process is why this new ingredient is called the "Blackbiosis", with "black" representing the total darkness, and "biosis" representing life & vitality.
