Excellent

This is an excellent piece of any kitchen set. The pan is extremly versitile and resilient, you can cook just about anything in it either stovetop, or in the oven. Clean up is a breeze with the high quality stainless steel finish. As with all stainless though, I do not recommend putting it in the dishwasher because it can ruin the finish. I give it 5 stars for excellent quality and what is to be expected of cuisinart stainless cookware. By the way the affordability makes it a great gift.
