HOW TO USE:
Hold lip liner sideways and draw a soft line at the top of the Cupid's bow and at the center of the lower lip line
Using soft strokes, start from the Cupid's bow and draw a soft line to the corner of the lip; repeat on the other side
Draw the lower lip line the same way, starting from the center and drawing a line to the corner; repeat on the other side
Fill in the entire lip area with the pencil, shading from the outer edge in with the side of the pencil; this prolongs lip color when it is applied and helps prevent it from bleeding and feathering
Pro Tip: To create more fullness, begin in the outer corner to the top lip and draw a soft line that connects the outer corner to the Cupid's bow; as you get to the center of the lips, slightly overdraw just the center of the lips
