We ordered the Slate gray fabric with 2 recliners and a chaise. Was so looking forward to getting it. But it is a big disappointment. REceived 3 weeks ago to the day, and yesterday noticed that it is coming apart at the seam on the side of the chaise. Today we noticed the back of the headrest also has split. macy's is sending someone out in June to look at it. We do not want to keep this as I cant imagine that there wont be more tears. Fabric is terrible . Waited 17 years for a new sofa Now have to wait to see what they determine they will do. I have been a very happy customer of Macy's for many, many years and did not expect to have a problem like this. Just hoping they will help us with this.
