Quick little deep fryer

My husband bought this because he needed a cheap alternative to the more expensive deep friers. We were pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of this little thing. While there is no basket and you'll have to fish out your goodies and drain them on a paper towel, it's nice if you're only making something small and don't need to pull out your giant frier. I got one for my mother-in-law, and she loves it, too. The only downside is that the lid is made out of plastic, and it WILL melt if you forget to take it off while pre-heating.
